It was a morning of suffering. Finally, after much anguish, I said enough and went home early from school. The feeling of guilt was overcome by the feeling of nausea. My classroom survived without me. Feeling much better, I eagerly arrived back at school today only to learn of an early dismissal because of snowy weather. This winter can't end soon enough. Too bad I'm not in your district - I could sub for you. Don't feel bad. Students are transmitters of disease, making teachers get sick more than in almost any other profession.
